You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Upright Health, Inc. and Got ROM, Inc. from all damages, liabilities, claims and expenses, including without limitation any occurring attorneys' fees and costs, arising from or related to your data, your use of the Service and/or any breach of these Terms by you. Place of Jurisdiction
